Launching new products into the wild
When I worked on Facebook Messenger, a few exciting changes were happening.
We launched Chat Heads, a messaging redesign for Android. I led the content strategy for the project, which included the product interface and tour content, product naming and marketing content.
We also launched Stickers, a new way for people to express themselves within Facebook Messages. Because the Sticker Store was an entirely new ecosystem, I thought through the information architecture and created a system for naming new sticker sets and writing sticker descriptions.
