I distilled the product experience into three simple lines that tell a story: Sync your photos, Keep them private, Share your favorites.

Concept, execution and testing

Photo syncing is a feature that lets you save your mobile photos to Facebook and access them from any phone, tablet or computer. I worked on naming, positioning, and crafting both interface content and marketing communications for this launch.

An early exploration of positioning concepts. Content played an important role in framing the user experience.

I collaborated with product managers and designers to map out user experience flows, navigation labels, notifications and product education copy. I also partnered closely with researchers at each phase of the project, observing ethnographic and usability interviews, and conducting quantitative A/B tests to evaluate different types of interface content.
